I have very good experience with Irma’s consultancy skills: she is a true professional and always meets agreements. She was eager to learn new data management skills and has contributed a great deal towards the ASML CRE data architecture. Irma is a very intelligent professional who combines this with very good social skills. She has extensive knowledge of (master) data management and has executed her role a specialist in a profound manner. She is also very much capable to explain complex topics in a way that directors can understand it and Irma has also been a good content based coach towards the team members of the ASML CRE Data Management team. It goes without saying that Irma is also a hard worker who doesn’t mind to go “the extra mile” when this is required. A true professional data management consultant whom I highly recommend.

I found myself lucky when Irma decided to join my team. From the sidelines I already knew that Irma was doing a wonderful data management job at ASML’s Corporate Real Estate department. When that initiative ended I asked Irma to help out with something different; we had to build the foundation for an ASML world wide information management capability. Moreover instead of only designing the capability framework, we also were running use-cases in parallel gain success, learn, and re-iterate. Irma was one of the strong cornerstones in the team. She focused on aligning 67 KPI and information definitions across ASML, and build a scalable framework around it. In addition, she and the team connected aligned definition to information sets; making sure reports and KPI’s were consuming trustworthy information. In one year, Irma and the team build an entire framework of: processes, guidelines, communications, learnings, roles, governance platforms etc. Irma has proven to be well capable in all these area’s. Yet I want to especially thank Irma for keeping the structure, and guiding the team’s creative thoughts to scalable processes and clear workflows and guidelines. Thanks for all your help Irma!

In a years time Irma has developed her skills in Vendor master data in a complex organizational structure in a very strong way. Working with an open mind for the customer, user friendly and flexible were the main characteristics belonging to Irma when she performed this job. Also very well appreciated as a strong team player in my small team.

I’ve known Irma for several years and across a number of different roles within Office Depot. She is a strong yet very calm operational manager that successfully managed a highly pressured and understaffed team which still managed to drive operational improvements and KPI’s. However she has been able to take this operational know how and translate that into functional expertise within the Merchandings / MDM arena. She successfully supported my operational teams with process improvements and improved training material. As a person she is pragmatic, with the ability to balance conflicting needs yet still managing to improve the situation at hand. I’d be happy to have her back within my team at any point in time.

Irma has the ability to help people develop their skills and make them think at all of the aspects that may disrupt a good process. As my manager she always was there when I needed an advice, guiding me and constantly increasing the faith in myself. She has a strong attention to details, making sure that the tasks are done in a correct and timely manner. Her actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more.I’m lucky to have worked with Irma as I definitely think that her support and guidance have influenced my career path.
